I am a Texas native, with a background in the Los Angeles costume and makeup industry. My work took me all over the world, most notably to India on and off for several years. I taught myself to paint later in life after leaving that career and moving back home.
The sights, smells, sounds, and colors of many exotic travels from my past life have never faded in my mind. Taking forms of all the strange and gorgeous wildlife I have always found so mesmerizing, those ghosts continue to guide my hand every time I sit down to paint.
**In 2026 the adventure begins again. My family and I are buying a house in one of the historic Pueblos Blancos of Andalusia where I will be opening my new studio in 2027.
